Things Can Only Get Better!!
Ok Ok so I haven't posted for ages, sorry!- here is where we are up too, the bricklayer is in today, it's his last day he has re pointed the chimney and exposed wall and has laid the hearth- it looks amazing I will post some photo's soon but at the mo you are going to have to take my word for it. The plumber has been around this morning to finalize a few things and is due in on Mon to start the heating install!!, the gas is being connected on the 23rd and meter installed on 24th. Laura is painting the bedrooms today as she goes to Brazil on Sat for a fortnight and is gutted that she is going to miss most of the big work :(.So left to do is:
Sockets need moving
Plastering needs doing
Floor needs laying
Trench needs digging for Gas
Drive/ Front garden needs sorting
Bathroom
Decorating
So all in all there is light at the end of the tunnel, I am going to be working my proverbial off to try and get it done before Laura gets back (well the first 4 things any way) so that we can think about moving in on the 29th/ 30th!!!!!- We are soooo excited!
