Sorry!!!!

It has been ages since I blogged, which is because nout has really happened!- we are waiting for tradesmen now- plumber, bricklayer, electrician and plasterer. Still, here are some photo's of the damp injections and we have been raking the mortar out of the chimney ready for the re-point!- looks cool or what! (If you look closely you might be able to see the skin I left on the wall from my knucles! hahaha)

It's Been A While!

Hi,

Okay the damp is done and I have concreted in the lounge where the mud was, with this weather it went off nicely!

Now we are waiting for the 2nd plumbing quote and for the electrician to get back to me- he needs to remove a couple of odd light fittings and move some sockets. Once he has done that we can call in the plasterers and start making the room look nice again!

Then its the bricklayer to repoint the exposed wall and repair the chimney and then lay the floor.

I'm sure it will happen very quickly once we have started!
